Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that during peak times, such as holidays or new product launches, processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- **Standard Shipping**: 3-7 business days
- **Expedited Shipping**: 2-3 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times and do not include our processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. No code needed—discount automatically applied at checkout!
Shipping Destinations:
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future. If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to order, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Local Pickup:
We offer a local pickup option at 16535 E Wagontrail Dr, Aurora, CO 80015 for customers in the Aurora area. At checkout, select the "Local Pickup" option, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.
Order Tracking:
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Vanilla Bean Kitchen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If you believe your package was damaged during shipment, please contact us at vanillabeankitchen1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Changes to Orders:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
